If you have trouble affording 2-3 complete meals per day, you are not alone! We are here for you!

With the generosity of the campus community through Giving Day, CSUSM Corporation, Cougar Care Network/Basic Needs, and Sodexo, Inc. are partnering with Swipe Out Hunger to award up to 10 well-balanced, on-campus meals per semester to students experiencing food insecurity and/or an emergency.

The program is intended to provide meals (valued at $6 per meal) at Kw

Program Eligibility:

  • Be a CSUSM student enrolled in the current semester
  • Have trouble affording 2-3 well-balanced meals per day
  • No campus meal plan and/or dining dollars in your account
  • Apply only once per semester
  • Use all awarded Swipe Out Hunger Dollars so valuable donations do not go to waste

If you meet the eligibility requirements above, please complete the form below. A member of the Cougar Care Network/Basic Needs team will reach out to you within 4-5 business days to provide further instructions and discuss next steps.
